5.3 Failed Payments

If payment fails:

  • We may attempt to charge again.

6. Refund Policy

Because Spi-Math provides digital educational content delivered immediately upon purchase:

  • You acknowledge that by accessing the digital content, you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law.

  • Therefore, once access to digital content has been granted, purchases are non-refundable.

  • Refund requests must be submitted to info@spi-math.com.

  • Spi-Math reserves the right to grant refunds in exceptional cases at its sole discretion.

is the exclusive property of Spiraling Math OÜ.

Users may not:

  • Record, screen capture, or resell materials.

  • Use content for commercial purposes.

Violation may result in immediate termination and legal action.
